Family Room: Located on lower level with 55" HDTV, XBOX game system, plush suede couches with seating for 6. The large couch in this room is also a queen size sofa sleeper.

Kitchen: Newly remodeled and customized with brand new stainless steel appliances, slate tile flooring and granite counters -- island counter/bar separates the kitchen space from the living area.  Very well equipped for cooking meals.

Dining Room: Seating at the brand new dining table for 6, with barstool seating for 4 at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms: 
Master – Brand new King bed, wood burning fireplace, 32" HDTV, BOSE iPod dock, walk in closet, adjoining full bath with double vanity, jetted tub and separate shower. There is an alcove/sitting area adjoining the bedroom with a twin day bed. 
Second – King bed, 42" HDTV, BOSE iPod dock, adjoining bathroom with double vanity. 
Third – Two twin bunk beds, 32" HDTV, BOSE iPod dock, adjoining bathroom with entry off bedroom and family room.

Hot Tub: Private to condo, located on lower level deck with beautiful mountain views.

Laundry Room:  Washer and dryer in laundry room on main level. 
 
Ski Prep Room: Located in the entry hallway. With cubby holes for gloves, hats and helmets as well as ski and coat hanging racks. No ski boots beyond this room, please!

Garage:  Common parking garage with elevator access to upper units in the complex.

Distance to Deer Valley Resort:  Use ski access to get onto the ski runs and back to the condo, or walk to the Silver Lake Lodge (2/10 mile). 
Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 4.5 miles 
Distance to Main Street: 3.5 miles 
Distance to Free Bus:  75 yards to bus stop.

Note: There are several stairs involved in reaching the front door of this condo and to access the ski trail. To get on the Deer Valley mountain from this condo involves walking up a couple of flights of stairs to the access trail and pole/skate out to the Success ski run.  It is a relatively flat trail with not much slope.  Ski back to the same location and take the stairs down to this condo.
